Here's the menu for our Bizarre Foods Dinner 2
Course I
Reindeer Pate with toast points, house-made pickles, marbled egg, and sweet red onion
Course II
Octopus and scorpion soup
Course III
Jellyfish over mixed greens topped with toasted leaf cutter ants and a sesame sherry vinaigrette
Course IV
Flatbread pizza with meal worms, crickets, roasted red pepper, feta cheese and red onion
Intermezzo
Absinthe sorbet
Course V
Braised sheep head with roasted root vegetables and grasshopper cornbread
Course VI
Chocolate covered Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches with raspberry crème brulee
Each course will be paired with a delicious cocktail with different, but tasty ingredients.
The evening will begin at 5PM and the cost for this event will be
